A teen club night aimed at first and second-year students is set to return to Arklow later this month, with organisers promising an evening of music, entertainment and activities in a supervised, alcohol-free environment.
FUSE Teen Events will take place at Arklow Town FC on Saturday, September 26, running from 8pm to 10.30pm with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment where teenagers can enjoy a night out with friends locally.
The event is aimed specifically at students entering 1st or 2nd Year this September and follows a previous FUSE event held in Arklow earlier this summer.
Organisers say the aim is to provide younger teenagers with the opportunity to enjoy a night out locally, while providing a structured environment that parents can feel comfortable with.
The evening will feature a professional DJ, sound and lighting effects, a photo booth, gaming zone, prizes and giveaways, as well as a dedicated dancefloor.
Professional security and trained event staff will be present throughout the night. Organisers say the event operates a strict no alcohol and no drugs policy, with zero tolerance for anti-social behaviour. There will also be no re-entry once attendees have been admitted.
The event is strictly limited to students entering 1st or 2nd Year, with organisers stating that those outside the specified school years may be refused entry.
Tickets cost €18 and are available online only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, with no cash or in-person ticket sales available at the venue.
