Vinyl & CD Market Makes First-Ever Visit to Arklow This February

Vinyl Market

Music lovers in Arklow are in for a treat later this month as a popular Vinyl and CD Market makes its first-ever visit to the town.

The event will take place on Saturday, February 28th at the Bridgewater Shopping Centre, running from 11am to 4pm.

Organisers say they are “delighted” to finally bring the market to Arklow, promising a fantastic day for collectors, casual browsers and anyone rediscovering their love of physical music.

More than 15 tables will be set up on the day, with traders offering literally thousands of vinyl records and CDs covering all genres and eras. Whether you’re hunting for a rare pressing, filling gaps in your collection, or simply looking for a bargain, there will be something to suit all budgets and tastes.

The event isn’t just for buyers. If you have vinyl records or CDs at home that you no longer play, you can bring them along as traders will be buying and trading on the day, offering locals the chance to turn unwanted music into cash or swap for something new.

With vinyl continuing its strong resurgence in recent years, the market is expected to attract interest from seasoned collectors as well as a new generation discovering the unique sound and artwork of records.

Admission is free, and organisers are encouraging people to drop in anytime between 11am and 4pm to browse, trade and soak up the atmosphere.
