Man Dies Following Workplace Accident In Arklow

A man in his 30’s has died following a workplace accident in Arklow on Tuesday evening. A Spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said;

“Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to a fatal workplace accident at a premises in Arklow, Co.Wicklow at approximately 5:30pm yesterday, Tuesday 29th January 2025.”

“A male in his 30’s was pronounced deceased at the scene. His body was removed from the scene and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.”

“The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) were notified and attended the scene. A file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Court.”
